What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, HR support or customer-facing role where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, records management, client support and operational efficiency.

I'm currently supporting recruitment, employee records, onboarding, scheduling and office administration at Ithemba Housing Projects and Developers / AVAS Group.

I've also delivered phone and email support for international clients at Call Centre Internationals, resolving enquiries and complaints while documenting interactions and following issues through to resolution. At Ignition Group, I exceeded retention targets by helping Vodacom customers find upgraded contracts and value-driven packages.
