I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance. I focus on accurate records, clear communication, and efficient HR operations.

In my recent role, I assisted in end-to-end recruitment—from posting vacancies and scheduling interviews to coordinating psychometric assessments and candidate communication. I drafted and processed contracts, promotion letters, and salary adjustment letters while supporting recruitment agencies.

I helped implement a new HRIS system, contributing to a 40% improvement in administrative efficiency. I maintained HRIS and employee data for payroll processing, managed offboarding processes, and coordinated wellness programs and performance appraisal documents.

I also supported employee relations activities, including scheduling and documenting disciplinary hearings and assisting with CCMA case preparations to ensure compliance with LRA and BCEA. I’m committed to strengthening HR systems, documentation, and policy adherence across day-to-day operations.
