I’m looking for a remote client support, customer operations, or admin role where I can handle inquiries, bookings, and payments, communicate clearly, and keep improving through growth and feedback.

I’m a customer-focused sales and admin professional with 4+ years handling travel bookings, sales consulting, and front-desk reception. At Dreamport, I worked night shifts managing flight enquiries and bookings by phone, email, and online systems.

I processed flights tickets, itinery changes, cancelations and re- bookings under time pressure, while resolving customer queries and complaints independently with minimal supervision.
