Provided back-office customer care support, managing email queues, customer accounts, and client orders. Resolved technical issues and troubleshot the Omni-pod insulin pump and application, including order and delivery support for multiple markets.

Collected donations and stored goods, then distributed food and goods to people in need. Built experience working with customers and maintaining organized stock and storage.

Supported operations and community work, including recruiting freelancers by scouting candidates, interviewing them, and evaluating language skills. Managed platform and projects for multiple regions and coordinated freelancer deadlines and operational issues.

Designed and managed the lighting for three representations of Shakespeare’s The Tempest for a London Greenwood Theatre production. Coordinated with a large team across artistic roles to deliver a coherent final project.

Produced and co-directed a short film with a team of five. Wrote the script and designed and managed the film lighting.

Assisted the producer with production tasks including documents, catering, and equipment management. Served as location manager, scouting and managing shooting locations and overseeing a 30-person crew under COVID-19 regulations.

Master’s degree in New Media and Digital Culture, focusing on digital platforms and human-computer interactions. Completed study leading to an MA from Utrecht University.
