I’m a customer service advisor who helps people with utility bill inquiries, questions about consumption, and service-related complaints. I’m confident managing incoming calls, resolving issues, and keeping customers informed.

In my previous role, I supported daily operations by preparing salads, keeping my workstation clean, and taking drive-thru and take-away orders. I also focused on promoting new products and upselling to improve customer experience and results.

Across both roles, I bring a steady, service-first attitude: answering queries, sending updated bills, setting up payment plans, opening new customer accounts, and updating customer profiles when requested. I’m motivated to work in an environment that helps me succeed and grow professionally.
