I currently work in the “C2C Dispute management process” at Capgemini, where I facilitate timely O2C dispute resolution within the BESI sector. I focus on efficient handling of client concerns about invoices, payments, or services, keeping the process moving and communication clear.

My strength is turning operational work into measurable outcomes through “Reporting Metrics” and practical tools like Excel spreadsheet and word processing. I apply “Debt Management” and “Cash application Management,” supported by “Effective communication,” “Professional correspondence,” and presentation software (MS Word/MS PowerPoint) to keep stakeholders aligned.

Alongside my professional work, I’m building a foundation in business through my MBA studies and my B.Com (CA) background. I also completed a project on the “effectiveness of mobile banking and internet banking,” evaluating accessibility, security, operational efficiency, and cyber risks, and I earned certificates including foundation English, emotional intelligence, and a quiz competition.
