I'm looking to apply my HRIS, HR analytics, reporting, QA leadership, and Generative AI training to build reliable, secure, self-service HR data products and support successful HCM transformation initiatives.

I've delivered HRIS reporting, analytics, and QA solutions for NetApp through roles spanning HRIS Reporting Specialist, HRIS Reporting Analyst, and QA Analyst.

I build Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reporting datasets for headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, and workforce demographics. My self-service dashboards reduced ad hoc reporting requests by 35%, while SQL optimization reduced large-dataset load times by 40%.
