I tested workflows across timekeeping, accruals, payroll, leave of absence, and employee data imports. I also supported SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end validation across implementation waves.
For Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, I validated employee data flows into UKG Pro WFM, including transformations and target-system loads. I used SQL queries and report comparisons to check data and support payroll validation.
I tracked and retested defects in Jira, HP ALM, and QMetry, and supported go-live testing through smoke tests, data validation, and issue triage.
