What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a ServiceNow role where I can build ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integration solutions while improving automation, data accuracy, incident resolution, and platform functionality.

At Infosys Limited, I build and administer ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. I configure MID Servers, credentials, discovery schedules, connector instances, event rules, and alerts to improve infrastructure visibility and incident response.

I develop ServiceNow scripts, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and custom dashboards. I also build integrations that streamline data exchange across IT systems and support reliable workflows.

I focus on accurate CMDB data, service dependencies, root cause analysis, change impact assessment, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
