I led a zero-to-one B2B Open API platform that enabled 35+ travel partner integrations via a self-serve developer portal (OAuth2.0 and versioned contracts), cutting onboarding from 3 weeks to less than 4 days while opening a new indirect distribution channel. I also shipped an agentic AI onboarding system on AWS Bedrock Agents + RAG Knowledge Bases + Guardrails (with Textract OCR), reducing verification time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes and lifting CSAT from 3.9 to 4.7 across ~20K monthly applicants. To protect growth, I defined north star metrics and SLOs for payment orchestration across 15+ gateways, raising completion 18% and transaction success 82% → 94%, and I framed API security as both partner trust and commercial risk—driving OWASP Top 10 remediation across 3 engineering teams before go-live.

Previously at 5paisa Capital (IIFL Group), I built and launched platform capabilities across 20+ Zoho Suite applications serving 400K+ users, using data-driven prioritisation to align 4 competing business units and accelerate time-to-ship. I created a zero-to-one stock research and basket investment platform for analysts and ~150K active investors, using WhatsApp/Telegram automation to reduce analyst workload 65% and improve real-time dissemination.
