I’m looking for global-impact operations leadership where I can build accountable teams, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive cross-border execution across enterprise SaaS, VR/EdTech, and learning platforms—ideally in a remote-friendly environment.

I’m an operations leader with 13+ years of professional experience across AAA gaming, VR/EdTech, enterprise SaaS, and AI-enabled learning platforms. I progressed from hands-on quality assurance and production roles at Ubisoft to leading a 15-member multidisciplinary team, and I was selected to establish and lead India operations for a Canadian technology company.

I bring structure to ambiguity and translate leadership priorities into operational execution—covering workforce planning, hiring and compensation recommendations, annual budgeting, vendor management, performance management, and executive reporting. I also build accountable teams and execution-ready processes, including KPI and weekly reporting, Agile workflows, and release-cycle support across distributed cross-border teams.
