I'm looking to continue creating meaningful business impact through loyalty, customer engagement, marketing, strategy, and continuous learning while taking on new challenges.

At Bank of Georgia, I lead a Loyalty Program sector spanning restaurants, delivery, online marketplaces, electronics, hotels, entertainment, and home-related partners. I manage two loyalty managers, negotiate with major companies, and plan campaigns for Bank of Georgia products.

I've progressed from Loyalty Program Intern to Junior Loyalty Program Manager, Loyalty Program Manager, and Sector Head, contributing to PLUS program operations, retention strategies, campaign analysis, reporting, and partner offers. My Management degree from Kutaisi International University and experience across loyalty, product, marketing, and customer engagement help me create meaningful business impact.
