I’m looking for an operations role where I can lead teams, improve workflows, and use KPI-driven dashboards to make better decisions. I want to work in a fast-paced environment that values measurable results and continuous process improvement.

I’m an Operations Manager known for improving processes, increasing efficiency, and leading teams to exceed performance targets. I coordinate daily operations, monitor KPIs, and use data to support strategic decisions—bringing structure to workflows while keeping service performance on track.
