What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into technical roles while leveraging my operations, reporting, and database experience. I want work where I can automate workflows, analyze issues with data, and build reliable solutions using Python and web technologies.

I’m a detail-oriented operations and back-office professional skilled in inventory management, database management, and process optimization. In my recent role, I designed and improved workflows to streamline operations, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.

I focus on finding inefficiencies by analyzing bottlenecks and root causes behind customer issues, then implementing corrective actions. I also create reports on operational performance and customer issues to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Alongside operations work, I’ve built comprehensive inventory databases for organizations without robust tracking systems and integrated inventory item data into company servers for streamlined management. I’m now completing an intensive programming course in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to transition into technical roles, bringing the same analytical thinking and attention to detail to software and data-focused work.
