What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a leasing or property management role where I can build resident relationships, drive occupancy through tours and lead conversion, and use my leasing software and customer-service experience to improve resident satisfaction and retention.

I've supported various Arlington properties since 2019 by conducting tours, qualifying leads, closing leases, and managing renewals to help maintain occupancy.

I use Yardi, RealPage, and AppFolio to track leases, payments, and resident information while handling agreements and inquiries in compliance with Fair Housing laws. I also generate leads through social media campaigns, referral programs, and community outreach.

My background in retail, hospitality, and Chili's has strengthened my customer service, sales, conflict-resolution, teamwork, and reliability skills. I focus on creating an exceptional resident experience from first tour through renewal.
