What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I handle chat/email support, de-escalate issues, moderate communities when needed, and use AI tools and LLMs to automate workflows and consistently improve customer experience.

I’m a tech-savvy customer support professional and AI-fluent startup founder focused on turning customer questions into clear answers, faster resolution, and better experiences. I combine hands-on community leadership with practical AI knowledge to improve how support workflows run.

As Founder & CEO of an AI startup, I lead product vision, strategy, and execution—using AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to design features and automate key workflows. I also run customer discovery and feedback loops, build go-to-market direction, and shape a customer-first culture from day one.

In remote community support roles, I’ve handled live customer inquiries through chat and email, moderated Discord servers, enforced community standards, and resolved conflicts with empathy and active listening. I’m especially motivated by work that pairs great communication with de-escalation and technology that scales service quality.
