What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute customer support, IT, and community experience in a forward-thinking organization using AI, blockchain, and Web3 to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

I've supported customers at Call Expert, handling concerns with empathy, documenting service issues, and coordinating escalations with internal teams.

As a volunteer Community Moderator in Web3 and crypto Discord communities, I've helped users troubleshoot wallet, DeFi platform, and transaction issues. I've also shared onboarding resources, FAQs, bugs, and feature suggestions with project teams.

I'm completing a Bachelor in Information Technology at the University of Kigali and actively building skills in AI, blockchain, Web3, Python, Java, digital product management, and website design.
