At Mad Wave Europe, I was the first hire in a new international department and turned early export groundwork into a working sales process. I grew and managed distributor networks across 32+ countries and handled export documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance.

In 2019, I co-founded two premium sneaker e-commerce businesses in Russia and ran the commercial side from first sale to exit. I owned demand, acquisition, margin, and P&L, and built the supply side from sourcing through fulfilment.

I ran paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, Yandex Direct, and VK Ads, while developing influencer partnerships and community channels. I also hired and trained the team and established operating processes.

I brought AI into marketing and operations with AI-generated Instagram Reels video ads and an automated Telegram news channel using Make.com and Claude. I sold my share to my co-founder in 2026, and I'm looking for a senior growth or market development role covering CIS, Central Asia, or other emerging markets, ideally with a small team entering a new market.
