I am looking for roles where I can own GTM strategy and outbound sales execution, build processes/teams, and drive measurable pipeline growth in early-stage or scale-up environments.

I am a growth and GTM strategist focused on designing and executing sales systems that convert — from defining the right ICP to crafting messaging that drives replies.

I have led sales development functions, built GTM cadence and content calendars, and managed day-to-day operations for startups, including a DeFi savings platform and multiple early-stage clients in DACH and Benelux.

In revenue-facing roles I have owned full outbound cycles, built and managed BDR teams, improved ICP and messaging to generate 6–10 opportunities per month, and increased reply rates.
