At The Launch Pad Teen Center, I coordinate volunteer programs, community partnerships, fundraising events, and organizational initiatives. I lead project planning, volunteer onboarding, committee management, event logistics, and outreach.

I've built volunteer recruitment, training, tracking, and database systems that increased organizational capacity and strengthened community relationships. I also coordinate partnerships with businesses, sponsors, organizations, and civic leaders.

My operations background includes managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, vendors, facility operations, billing workflows, collections, reporting, and administrative systems. At Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center, I oversaw daily residential program operations, staff coordination, crisis response, schedules, activities, and outings.

Across nonprofit, education, wellness, legal, and behavioral health settings, I'm known for building practical processes, maintaining strong relationships, and helping teams achieve meaningful results.
