I’m targeting fully remote Program Operations Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Implementation Coordinator, Workflow Coordinator, and Remote Operations Coordinator roles.

At GETAWAY GROWTH, I replaced ad-hoc coordination with Monday.com and CRM workflows that let the team and board track projects, tasks, deadlines, and owners in one place. I also implemented Donorbox and ActiveCampaign to streamline donor communications and contribution tracking.

I supported the program’s growth from a California pilot to 70 students across California and Kenya, coordinating schedules, logistics, and handoffs with schools and partners. I also helped keep events on time and on budget, including an inaugural benefit dinner that raised $13K.

At LET'S GO BOYS & GIRLS, I coordinated a STEM Teen Science Café pilot, including curriculum implementation, schedules, and logistics for 100+ hours of programming. I tracked KPIs and reported a 90% positive increase in STEM engagement.
