What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or onsite role in veteran services, customer support, healthcare administration, operations, scheduling, or client services where I can resolve concerns, coordinate appointments, and provide empathetic, accurate support.

I'm currently supporting veterans at The Midtown Group by managing escalated calls related to Compensation & Pension examinations, scheduling needs, and appointment concerns. I coordinate next steps, document interactions accurately, and help veterans feel heard and informed.

My experience also includes overnight front-desk operations at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, where I resolve guest concerns, process reservations, reconcile daily activity, and maintain confidential records independently.

As a U.S. Army veteran and former Surgical Technologist, I've worked in high-pressure healthcare environments where safety, documentation, equipment accountability, and clear communication matter. I've also provided compassionate patient support as a Certified Nursing Assistant and customer service in retail operations.
