What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a freight forwarding or logistics role where I can apply RFQ handling, ocean and air pricing, carrier coordination, shipment documentation, and customer support to help convert enquiries into bookings.

I build ocean and air freight quotations, source carrier rates, and coordinate import/export shipment requirements from RFQ through booking.

At Aero Trans Global, I handled freight pricing and inside sales for FCL, LCL, and air shipments. I sourced ocean rates from Maersk, ONE, CMA CGM, and Hapag-Lloyd, built quotations covering freight, THC, local charges, documentation fees, and surcharges, and supported air-freight pricing with overseas agents and Cathay Pacific.

I also tracked customer freight, followed up on quotations and schedules, and acted as the commercial link between customers, sales, and operations. Through customer acquisition and coordination, I contributed approximately 2–3 FCL HC container orders per month.

More recently, I’ve delivered high-volume customer service at Walmart and outbound sales support at Voysus, where I made 50+ calls daily and helped improve retention by 20%.
