I’m a Freight and Logistics Professional with hands-on experience in U.S. freight and 3PL operations, transportation coordination, freight quoting, carrier communication, shipment tracking, documentation, and freight billing.

I have experience preparing freight quotes using GlobalTranz and resolving complex freight invoice disputes involving linehaul cost differences, detention, special delivery charges, high-cost delivery charges, reclassification fees, incorrect dimensions and weights, NMFC classifications, and other billing discrepancies. I’m also familiar with Trulos.com and various productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, and Asana.

Beyond logistics, I have a strong background in business operations and entrepreneurship, which has developed my skills in problem-solving, customer service, multitasking, process improvement, and managing day-to-day operations. I’m comfortable working independently, handling sensitive details, meeting deadlines, and communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams across different time zones.

I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities with freight, transportation, logistics, 3PL, supply chain, and operations companies in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
