At Ruby Seas International, I manage international customer accounts and coordinate ocean, air, and inland shipments across trading lanes. I handle imports from more than 25 countries into the U.S., coordinating shipment activities, documentation, carriers, suppliers, brokers, and customers.
I streamlined follow-up procedures for frozen and perishable shipments to improve visibility and proactive issue management. I also expanded U.S. export activity from approximately 1–2 shipments annually to 30+ and established export activity from Canada.
Before Ruby Seas International, I launched a new sales branch at Europartners Group and acquired 15 customers in its first year, achieving the annual sales target. My earlier experience includes logistics sales, customer service, production planning, and warehouse operations.
