At Ruby Seas International, I manage 30+ international customer accounts and support 10 sales representatives across ocean, air, and inland shipments in 120+ trading lanes. I coordinate imports from 25+ countries into the U.S., handling documentation, carriers, suppliers, agents, brokers, and customer communication.

I've improved follow-up processes for frozen and perishable shipments, expanded U.S. exports from 1–2 to 30+ annual shipments, and established export activity from Canada. I also coordinate export documentation and regulatory requirements with FDA, NOAA, CBP, CFIA, and port authorities.

Previously, I launched a new Europartners Group sales branch, acquired 15 customers in its first year, and achieved the annual sales target. My background also includes customer service, ERP-based production planning, warehouse analysis, inventory control, and logistics sales.
