What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product and UX in fintech, joining early to shape problem framing through delivery, collaborating with product and engineering to reduce friction in complex payments and banking journeys.

I have 15 years designing digital products across fintech, banking, enterprise, and government. I work across the full design process, from discovery and stakeholder workshops through to developer handoff.

My recent focus has been payments and financial experiences at First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Hoxton Capital. I tend to get involved early, because the quality of thinking at the start shapes everything that follows.

I lead end-to-end product design across complex workflows—payments, remittances, and corporate banking journeys—while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. I facilitate design sessions, translate regulatory and compliance needs into intuitive UX, and create service blueprints, user journeys, and information architecture.

I validate design decisions through usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing, then help drive scalability through platform experiences like developer portals and dashboards. I’m also recognized for strong ownership, simplifying ambiguity into clear solutions, and aligning teams through structured design thinking.
