I’m a Senior UI/UX and Product Designer with 9+ years designing AI-powered SaaS platforms, B2B dashboards, mobile applications, and Web3 decentralized applications (dApps). I specialize in translating complex AI, ML, and blockchain workflows into intuitive user experiences—from wallet onboarding and DeFi dashboards to shipped product.

At Averroes.ai (Remote), I led end-to-end product design for a B2B AI SaaS platform in semiconductor manufacturing, owning UX research, information architecture, and design-to-development delivery. I designed AI-native features like defect review dashboards, active learning flows, confidence scoring interfaces, and annotation tools—turning deep-learning constraints into usable, testable experiences.

Previously at Copax-FMS, I owned full-cycle UX/UI for B2B fleet management SaaS across web and iOS/Android for enterprise clients across MENA. Through a data-driven platform redesign, I delivered measurable outcomes, including improved engagement and retention, plus major efficiency gains; I also architected a cross-platform design system to reduce inconsistencies and user errors.

I’ve also led UX delivery for enterprise mobile apps and B2B dashboards at Scandinavia Tech and redesigned customer self-service flows at NAS ISP, improving support outcomes and completion time. I bring a practical, research-informed approach—backed by usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and design systems—to help teams ship products users trust.
