At Guilford eLearning University Prep, I prepare workforce and performance reporting for a 28-teacher, 600-student organization, using data to guide instructional decisions that supported 85% NWEA growth and 92% DIBELS growth. I also managed onboarding during a virtual-school launch, supported three platform implementations, and led more than 80 professional development sessions for over 100 adult learners.

Across Teach For America, I've coordinated onboarding, training, schedules, reporting, and multi-site operations for corps members and school partners. I use Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to validate data, identify support needs, communicate trends clearly, and protect confidential information.
