I’m a training and learning professional with 12+ years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating instructional programs across education and nonprofit environments. I bring deep expertise in instructional design, facilitator led and blended training, and data informed decision making—turning complex content into engaging, results driven learning experiences.
In my current work, I serve as a Classroom Teacher and Mathematics Department Chair, leading and mentoring educators across grades 6–9 to align instruction, assessments, and performance goals. I design and facilitate professional development that strengthens instructional strategies and data driven instruction, analyze student performance and assessment data to identify trends and gaps, and contribute to district standards adoption; previously, as a Site Coordinator I directed daily operations for a youth enrichment program (50–60 participants) while supervising and coaching 10–15 staff members, monitoring attendance, participation, and performance data to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
