I'm looking for a data or operations role where I can build reporting systems, analyze performance trends, improve workflows, and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

At Learning Coach Student Choice High School, I analyze performance, attendance, and behavioral data to identify risk indicators, performance gaps, and opportunities for intervention.
