Amanda Baltikas

At Network for College Success, I support high schools in strengthening Freshmen Success through equity-focused data, inquiry cycles, and continuous improvement. I design dashboards and tools for monitoring 9th Grade On-Track, early warning indicators, and equity gaps.

Previously at Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center, I led curriculum alignment, analyzed grade and attendance data, built equity-centered tools, and managed a master schedule serving more than 1,650 students. I also facilitated a year-long study of Culturally Responsive Teaching and the Brain for nearly 100 staff members.

At South Shore International College Prep, I coached more than 35 teachers in International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme implementation, curriculum alignment, and criterion-referenced grading. I led recruitment through three consecutive years of student population growth and introduced data systems that informed schoolwide decisions.

My foundation is in special education teaching, inclusive instruction, IEP development, and co-teaching across elementary, middle, and high school settings. I bring data, curriculum, and adult learning together to help educators center student experience and turn insight into action.
