Across later positions—including Universal Banker and Community Banker/Eazyzero Specialist—I upsold banking apps, supported customers with online transactions, and built strong client relationships. I consistently exceeded sales targets by selling Eazyzero accounts and tailoring banking assistance to meet individual needs.
