I’m a results-driven People Operations and client support professional focused on global mobility, expatriate management, and employee services. I’m at my best where accuracy, compliance, and service quality must work together for international stakeholders.
In my current role as a Global Expatriate Transaction Advisor, I support smooth international assignments by managing compliant processes across the assignment lifecycle. I handle visa and work permit renewal to ensure alignment with host and base country immigration requirements, while also overseeing benefits during the host-country period and managing repatriation transactions.
I also coordinate end-to-end operations with third-party providers, including relocation service providers and immigration management consultants. I’m deliberate about data privacy and confidentiality, and I bring strong case management and stakeholder support practices to keep experiences positive, even in fast-paced environments.
Previously, I worked in People Operations and Immigration & Compliance at Lufthansa Global Business Services, where I provided customer-focused support across travel end-to-end. I handled questions related to tickets, baggage, and special requests, resolved issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction, and improved processes by clarifying requirements and strengthening communication.
