What I'm looking for
I serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations initiatives for a 200-employee population across Corporate and Support functions. I translate business needs into legally sound, consistent, and business-aligned people strategies that protect both productivity and employee trust.
I lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, mediation, and resolution—mitigating organizational risk and preventing escalation to external bodies such as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). I advise and influence senior leadership on HR policies and disciplinary actions, ensuring decisions remain compliant, defensible, and grounded in internal governance.
I strengthen accountability and a high-performance culture through performance management frameworks such as calibration, talent reviews, and scorecard alignment. I also partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HRIS, Legal, IT, and leadership teams) to streamline HR processes, enhance governance, and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency and control.
In addition, I currently act as Mobility Strategy Manager, leading end-to-end immigration and mobility operations for foreign nationals in the Philippines in partnership with an external service provider. I serve as the primary POC between the organization, third-party firm, and key government agencies—including DOJ, DOLE, and Bureau of Immigration (BI)—and I manage documentation governance, case management, reporting, and vendor/coach oversight to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes.
