I’m a strategic talent acquisition partner and executive recruiter with 10+ years leading full-cycle recruiting, executive search, and HR operations across construction, engineering, operations, and corporate organizations. I build passive talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, especially in remote environments.

In my current role, I lead executive search across multiple searches, conduct 25+ interviews weekly, and partner with executives to shape hiring strategies from sourcing through offer acceptance. I also bring hands-on HR operations experience—including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development—so I can align talent decisions with real business needs.
