What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on product role at an output-focused company where I can build MVPs, integrate AI, lead cross-functional teams, and drive data-informed product growth while retaining autonomy and impact.

I am a psychology-trained product founder who builds MVPs and launches tech startups from the ground up, combining user research with hands-on development. I have founded four tech startups and led cross-functional teams to deliver product and operational outcomes.

My work balances rigorous data analysis (R, statistics, A/B testing) with deep user understanding to shape UX, features, and product strategy. I repeatedly deliver investor pitches, business plans, and product iterations focused on measurable outcomes.

As an events and operations leader, I have delivered 70+ end-to-end events, managed budgets up to PLN 750K, and coordinated teams of up to 50 people. I also lead an NGO and authored EU grant applications totalling PLN 190K in submissions.

I specialise in practical AI integrations, automation, and growth: OpenAI/Anthropic API work, custom chatbots, performance marketing, and analytics (GA4). I seek roles that value output, independent thinking, and hands-on product delivery.
