What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own CRM automation/integrations, mentor teams, and build training materials to scale B2B sales—ideally in SaaS or growth-focused environments with real responsibility and momentum.

I’m an experienced leader who combines team management, follow-up, personnel development, and material creation with strong communication. Over 5 years in Outsourcing/Offshoring, I’ve built high-performing teams through training, coaching, and operational discipline.

In training and learning roles, I’ve been a Certified Learning Specialist and training material developer, leading client relationship work, supervisor training, and classes with 30+ associates while keeping operational metrics, quality scores, customer satisfaction, and customer experience on goal. I’ve also supported major voice ramp-ups, including IT/production setup, KPIs, and learning material completion support.

More recently, I’ve taken on technical and leadership ownership—launching and running CRM-driven growth initiatives for SaaS (including a HIPAA compliant CRM), building CRM automations and integrations, and scaling sales operations. As a Tech lead & team lead, I managed CRM automations, integrations, campaign strategy, and right-hand COO support, scaling to over $150k of revenue in a month.
