I’m a dedicated, customer-focused customer service professional with experience resolving billing concerns and supporting customers in a fast-paced environment. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and seeking a full-time remote customer service position.

In my role as a Consultant / Customer Service Representative, I assisted customers by phone with account questions and service requests, guided customers through account upgrades and downgrades, and maintained a professional, courteous experience while handling multiple interactions. I built trust through active listening, problem-solving, and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

I bring strong communication, organization, and computer skills, along with the ability to work independently from a quiet home office. I’m comfortable using CRM software, delivering support via phone, email, and live chat, and providing basic troubleshooting using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
