I’m looking for a leadership HR role where I can align strategy to business outcomes, strengthen employee relations and DEI, and use workforce analytics to drive measurable performance and talent development.

I’m a strategic, results-driven Human Resources leader with 20+ years of experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and talent management. I align HR practices with business goals to build high-performance cultures in global, multicultural environments, and I’m especially focused on inclusive workplaces, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

In my current role as an HR & Administration Manager, I drive HR strategy, policy development, and workforce alignment—overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and retention. Previously, I served as Deputy Director, HR & Administration for 16 years, implementing performance and accountability frameworks, building leadership capacity, and strengthening HR decision-making through workforce analytics and trend reporting; I also scaled an HR department from 55 to 155 staff at World Vision Microfinance Kenya and improved staff training impact by 50% at National Museums of Kenya.
