Over the past decade, I have worked in IT under several different capacities and while my positions have largely been marked as Desktop Support, I have been the lead on many large scale projects. At Delaware Academy, I completed a full Windows 10 rollout along with a full restructuring of the server infrastructure for the on-site servers. At NYCM, I was the lead for a full printer audit and device refresh for all three locations with a full cost analysis of printing for every department in the company. Finally at Franklin, I once again took over the on-site servers and issued a full Windows 11 rollout with all necessary infrastructure to support the change.
