What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting educators and district employees through daily break/fix and structured ticketing. I maintain technical documentation and keep past and current issues organized so the team can move faster.
I set up workstations for new and existing users, and I support Office365, Google suite, Adobe creative suite, and other district software (in person or remote). I also handle imaging, migration, upgrades, and data backup across multiple OS, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, and iOS.
My background includes Active Directory user and computer management, group and GPO administration, and core server configuration such as DNS, DHCP, print services (including Papercut), file server support, and VLAN/access point environments. I’ve also installed and troubleshot L2/L3 switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, and digital phone systems, along with AV setup for in-person and virtual meetings.
I strengthen reliability and security by identifying treats and vulnerabilities through antivirus tooling, detecting malware and ransomware, and monitoring network equipment for errors or traffic bottlenecks using SolarWinds and Wireshark. I also work with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF, and I’ve planned yearly software/hardware upgrades plus device inventory.
