What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a psychology or human-services–adjacent role where I can mentor others, apply my attention to detail, and bring empathy plus strong customer service skills within a supportive team.

I’m aspiring in Psychology and Human Services, combining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology foundation with a goal-oriented, empathetic approach. I’m drawn to work where I can support emotional well-being, build trust, and turn insight into action.

In my current role as Collectors DNA Processor I, I moved up from the company’s temp program to being fully hired and now manage non-encap autographed orders in the DNA department. I use Excel to log, track, and maintain accurate inventory, analyze incoming items with specialized software, and ensure every evaluation is correctly documented with close attention to detail.

I also bring hands-on human services experience from my work as a Mental Health Mentor (DSS), providing in-home mentorship for children and young adults ages 5–21. Alongside that, I’ve built strong customer-facing skills through roles such as Target barista and Home Depot cashier/sales associate, and I’ve developed accuracy and professionalism as a medical scribe in the emergency department.
