What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute to a behavioral health unit by assisting with patient care, daily living activities, and therapeutic engagement—bringing calm, patient-centered support and de-escalation skills while continuing to grow in the mental health field.

I’m a psychology graduate with hands-on experience supporting diverse populations in fast-paced, high-contact environments. I’m known for building trust, maintaining safety, and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams while responding to concerns with empathy and problem solving.

In my current Member Concierge Level III role, I serve as the first point of contact for hundreds of members and guests daily, de-escalating emotionally charged situations and documenting member interactions, account updates, and service needs with accuracy and confidentiality. I also train new staff on procedures, communication standards, and safety expectations—skills I’m eager to bring to a behavioral health unit to support patient care, daily living activities, and therapeutic engagement.
