Bianca McEvoy
@biancamcevoy
Entry-level research assistant focused on trauma-informed neuroimaging and clinical data integrity.
What I'm looking for
I’m an undergraduate researcher pursuing a pre-med path with a double concentration in Neuroscience and Psychology, and my work is driven by a commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed research. My thesis—on intimate-partner violence and brain injuries—reflects my focus on linking clinical experiences to measurable brain outcomes.
In multiple research settings, I’ve supported participant intake and data collection while prioritizing comfort, confidentiality, and HIPAA-compliant workflows. I maintain and quality-check secure databases with sensitive clinical data, train new research assistants on screening and consent procedures, and help translate raw study materials into manuscript-ready formats.
I also bring applied experience from clinical and community environments, including medical scribing, qualitative dataset support, and youth-focused roles like camp counseling. Across these experiences, I consistently aim to improve reliability and validity of study data while collaborating closely with teams to move work from collection to publication.
