What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve finance, people-operations, or other operational workflows by turning ambiguous problems into structured requirements, efficient processes, and practical automation opportunities.

I've supported banking and financial-services technology teams at Gijima and Absa, turning stakeholder needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.

At Gijima, I partnered with Product Owners and development, credit, data, and operations teams to analyse current-state processes, design future-state solutions, validate data, and identify automation opportunities. I also built structured documentation and internal knowledge bases that support team alignment and institutional knowledge.

I'm AWS Certified as an AI Practitioner and use AI/ML concepts to assess automation opportunities, trade-offs, and long-term business value. I'm continuing to deepen my knowledge of finance and people-operations workflows while bringing a methodical, analytical approach to ambiguous operational problems.
