What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver technology-enabled business and data solutions where I can translate stakeholder needs into practical designs, improve processes and systems, and contribute to transformation initiatives.

I've delivered business analysis, systems analysis, and data transformation work for Sanlam Retail Mass, First National Bank, and Vodacom SA across banking, telecommunications, and insurance.

At Sanlam, I analyse requirements for data migration and transformation, assess database infrastructure, review SSIS packages and data pipelines, and recommend improvements to cost, performance, and data quality.

At First National Bank, I translated stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, designed API and integration solutions for online banking, documented systems and functional requirements, and mentored graduate analysts. I also supported branch banking solutions from design through production deployment.

I'm certified in TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, Azure Databricks Data Engineering, and AWS Cloud, and I bridge business stakeholders and technical teams through process analysis, solution design, systems integration, and data-driven reporting.
