I’m a language operations and localization professional with 10+ years of experience in translation, linguistic QA, AI language training, and cross-functional team management. I combine linguistic precision with a people-and-process mindset to ensure quality deliverables and collaboration that lasts.

For the past few years, I’ve led Vietnamese linguist teams remotely, recruiting, training, and managing performance using clear metrics and quality benchmarks. I create and maintain the operational structure that helps teams deliver consistently while staying aligned on guidelines and communication.

I’ve overseen linguistic QA, guideline creation, and glossary development for localization projects at Welocalize and RWS, and I’ve supported large-scale AI language initiatives through AI linguistic evaluation, prompt rewriting, and response quality analysis. I enjoy making language systems more reliable by defining rubrics, validating intent understanding, and improving contextual and cultural adaptation.

I also managed wikiHow’s Vietnamese localization and content community for 6+ years, coordinating translation, editing, and community engagement across remote stakeholders. I thrive in multicultural, remote environments where I can connect words, systems, and people to bring global projects to life.
