I’m a language quality professional working at Outlier (Belongs to Scale AI company), where I validate and improve AI outputs for Vietnamese users. I focus on whether tasks meet established standards and adhere to the provided guidelines.
As a Language Quality Auditor (QC) (6.2024 - Present), I examine and evaluate language data, including prompts, AI responses, voice, and images. I ensure the content is free of grammatical and spelling errors, accurate, and culturally appropriate for Vietnam—while also reviewing contributor/reviewer work to guarantee final quality before delivery to the client. I’ve participated in over 70 different AI projects.
Previously, I handled EN-VN Rewrite (2023) by translating, writing descriptions, and editing product information, and I worked as a Transcriber (2022) by transcribing audio segments with approximately 99% task accuracy. Earlier, as a Copywriter (2016-2017), I wrote articles and selected/edited images and videos, building a strong foundation in clear language, relevance, and quality control.
