I’m looking for a mobile gaming role where I can own ad monetization strategy end-to-end—partnering with UA, product, and creatives—to improve eCPM/ARPDAU through A/B testing and dashboards that enable fast, data-led decisions.

I’m an Ad Monetization Lead focused on mobile gaming revenue growth. I manage partnerships with 20+ demand partners and own ad monetization strategy across 10+ live titles, driving eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and IMPDAU performance.

Previously, as a Senior Advertising Monetization Specialist, I improved waterfall performance by optimizing MAX and executing LAT/non-LAT waterfall merges. I also ran A/B tests on placements, frequency caps, and monetization logic, delivering measurable gains like 28% ARPDAU increase for word games, supported by Looker dashboards for real-time revenue troubleshooting.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated cross-functional launches (184 applications across 5 teams) and identified monetization gaps through competitor analysis and player behavior research, helping drive a 4x eCPM (rewarded ad) increase on an active test title.
